As the “janma” of 11 adorable and amazing young children I very quickly learned a valuable lesson.
We loving, adoring adults are conditioned to read the minds of these cute and cuddly little beings… to their detriment.
Conditioning begins with our attempts to identify “does my baby’s cry mean they are hungry, ‘wet’/‘dirty’, or sick/in pain?” This communication process progresses to a toddler’s declarations of “I’m cold”; “I’m hungry”; “hold me”… A coat; food; carry and hug are eagerly and gladly provided! By this time in our little one’s growth and maturation process we are so thrilled to have clues, instead of relying totally on guess work, that we gladly supply them with a solution. This is natural but, how effective is declare and receive in the adult world? What happens to a 5-year-old or adolescent or teen that haven’t learned to “ask” for what they want? ANSWER: They become complaining victims or take by whatever means available.
“Ask” seems like the most simple concept, ridiculous to even imagine that a child (or adult) would need to learn to ask for what they want and even more incredible to learn and know what to ask for! Yet it is true.
Jesus taught, “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek and ye shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you. For everyone that asketh receiveth, and he that seeketh findeth, and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.” Matthew 7:7 & 8. There is a lot of profound insight, into spiritual law, hidden in that one quote, as is true of many Biblical aspects.
With this promise in mind, consider asking for your ideal soul mate to manifest in your life experience now. Ask God or call on the powerful Law of Attraction, the Universe, whatever power you believe in, to provide and then notice what shows up! It works.
Just as I could not be more glad to provide my babies with whatever they ask for (that is legal, moral, ethical, safe and affordable)… the Universe, God and the Law of Attraction are even more eager to provide; they don’t care about the criteria – you ask; you receive! Try it and let me know what shows up for you!
Namaste & blessings,
